2. This form is for Law, Fire, or EMS agencies in Kittitas County to report non-emergent issues related to First Responder radio communications.
   
   Reports regarding scanners or amateur radio issues will be ignored.
   
   If the issue appears to be systemwide or catastrophic, please contact KITTCOM directly to report so personnel can be notified immediately. We will review and respond to issues reported here in a timely manner, however emergent issues should be given to KITTCOM’s on-duty personnel.
   
   We are requesting all fields be completed if possible / applicable.
